For a property in Zhytomyr, ASPAR can select a vertical or inclined platform for people with disabilities and other people with reduced mobility. The entire route, landing zones, doors and the areas where equipment must not obstruct passage need to be shown.
Assess the entire route first
A complex section often involves more than the stairs. The technical task includes the approach, entrance area, doors, turns, intermediate landings and the final point of travel. For a route to a shelter, the platform must also be considered together with access to the room itself.

Three different technical situations
A separate vertical level difference
If a separate lift path and landing zones can be created beside the stairs, assess a vertical platform.
A straight flight of stairs
When the platform must travel along existing stairs, assess an inclined platform, the clear passage width and space for use at both levels.
A turning or multi-flight route
Full route measurements, turn angles, intermediate landings and the areas near doors must be checked. A configuration cannot be confirmed correctly from partial data.
Photo and measurement checklist

- Clear width, level differences and flight lengths.

Roles of the customer, designer and ASPAR
The owner or facility manager defines the task and pattern of use. The designer coordinates the route with the building layout. Installation and ongoing support
Once the technical solution is agreed, ASPAR can carry out installation and commissioning. Repair, maintenance and modernization are available throughout Ukraine after the equipment and property have been assessed. Actual conditions, timing, logistics and price are agreed individually and do not imply an ASPAR office in Zhytomyr.

Can a platform be selected from the dimensions of only one flight?
