When to contact ASPAR

Send a request if the equipment does not start, stops during operation or behaves differently from normal. A symptom description is not a diagnosis, so the final repair scope is determined only after a technical check.

Repair or maintenance

Repair is required when a fault or operational problem already exists. Maintenance is a separate planned task for checking equipment condition.

What affects the cost

Cost can be determined only after clarifying the equipment, location, symptoms and required assessment format. No numerical prices are published without an Owner-approved price register.

Evidence and cases

The current case set does not yet include a separately verified repair project. We therefore do not use an installation case as substitute evidence.

FAQ

01

Does ASPAR repair equipment made by other manufacturers?

Yes. ASPAR repairs third-party lifting equipment after assessing its type, condition and technical feasibility. For an initial review, send the manufacturer, model, nameplate photo and fault description.

02

Can cost be determined from photos alone?

Photos and video support an initial assessment, but they may not establish the full scope. A precise proposal follows a sufficient technical check.

03

Is urgent attendance available?

The response model and coverage for urgent work are not yet confirmed for publication.

Describe the fault

Send the equipment type or model, photos and a brief symptom description. ASPAR will confirm whether it can proceed with the request and what is needed next.
