A service goods lift with a long-projection platform
In Kyiv, ASPAR designed, approved and implemented a custom service goods lift. The electromechanical wire-rope system carries up to 500 kg through a vertical travel of 3100 mm, while the 2000 mm platform projection provides the required loading area.
Implement a custom platform with a 2000 mm projection
The site required a goods lift configured for its specific layout: a 500 kg rated load, 3100 mm vertical travel and a substantial platform projection of 2000 mm.
The platform geometry was the defining feature. A long projection creates an additional load moment, so the structure could not be reduced to a standard series-produced solution.
The work began with engineering design. Once the structural arrangement had been developed, the project was approved and released for manufacture and installation.
Electromechanical wire-rope drive and a spatial platform frame
An electromechanical wire-rope system provides vertical goods movement. The drive and rope equipment are positioned at the top of the structure, while the platform travels along a vertical guide frame.
The cantilever platform base is built as a braced spatial steel frame. This geometry matches the custom 2000 mm projection and the approved 500 kg rated load.
The working surface uses a patterned metal deck, and solid metal panels enclose the loading area on three sides.

The Kyiv site now has a completed electromechanical lift for service goods movement between levels through a vertical travel of 3100 mm.
The loading area has the approved 2000 mm projection and is rated for up to 500 kg. The platform structure and vertical assembly were adapted to the parameters of the specific site.
