Mobile loading ramps

MR-S or MR-H: which layout do you need?

• ASPAR MR-S with a single inclined section is a towable ramp for forklift access from ground level into a truck body.
• ASPAR MR-H with a horizontal platform combines an inclined approach with a level upper working area. Consider this layout when the handling process needs an additional horizontal section.

Compare the forklift route and the geometry of the working area. A horizontal platform does not by itself determine the permitted load: specifications are agreed for the selected configuration.

How to select a mobile loading ramp

Information to prepare for selection

• Forklift type and total weight including the load, plus forklift and load dimensions.
• Truck types and the range of truck bed heights.
• Available site length and width, approach and manoeuvring space, and photos or a plan.
• Ground surface condition, operating environment, work intensity and how the ramp will be moved.
• For MR-H, the required horizontal platform length and the operations carried out on it.

If the site has a fixed loading dock, first compare a dock leveller and a mobile ramp. Pricing is calculated from the agreed specifications and configuration of each order.
