An outdoor electromechanical goods lift for a warehouse
ASPAR delivered an outdoor electromechanical goods lift in Dnipro for moving warehouse loads between two levels. The lift is rated for loads up to 500 kg, has 5.5 m of vertical travel and uses a 220 V power supply.
Create a vertical goods route to the upper warehouse level
The warehouse required a dedicated route for moving goods from ground level to the upper floor. The installation area was located outside the building.
The specified parameters were a rated load of up to 500 kg, 5.5 m of vertical travel and a 220 V power supply.
An electromechanical system configured for outdoor installation
The lift uses a separate vertical supporting structure with a goods platform. This arrangement moves warehouse loads between lower and upper levels without placing the equipment inside the building.
The safety equipment includes a protective grounding circuit, limit switches and a safety catch system. Control stations are provided at both the lower and upper levels.
Manufacture, delivery and installation beside the warehouse
ASPAR manufactured the steel structure and platform, delivered the equipment to the site and installed it externally along the warehouse facade.
Control stations are located at both levels. Limit switches restrict travel, the safety catch system provides a protective function, and the equipment is connected to the grounding circuit.
Goods lifts for warehouses and logistics
A goods lift is configured around the required load, travel, platform size, loading arrangement, installation conditions and available power supply.
