Lifting Equipment Maintenance

ASPAR services
Engineering · Manufacturing · Service

ASPAR maintains its own and third-party lifting equipment after assessing technical feasibility. The agreed scope may include scheduled inspections, diagnostics, checks of mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, automation and safety elements, adjustment, lubrication and wear assessment. Maintenance frequency is determined for the specific equipment.

How the scope is defined

  1. We receive information about the equipment and operating conditions.
  2. We assess whether maintenance is technically feasible.
  3. We review the documents, condition and equipment access.
  4. We identify applicable operations and agree the scope.
  5. We complete the agreed work.
  6. We recommend component replacement when the findings require it.

Worn components are replaced only within an agreed scope. ASPAR does not claim one universal interval for all lifting equipment.

Evidence and cases

The pilot cases provide evidence of equipment manufacture and installation, not technical maintenance. A separate case can be added after a real project with this work scope has been verified.

FAQ

01

How often should lifting equipment be maintained?

A universal interval cannot be set without identifying the equipment, documents and operating conditions. ASPAR reviews the initial data first.

02

Does ASPAR maintain equipment made by other manufacturers?

Yes. ASPAR may maintain third-party lifting equipment after assessing technical feasibility. Send the model, manufacturer, nameplate photo and documents for review.

03

Are maintenance contracts available?

Contract and recurring-service formats are not yet confirmed for publication.

ASPAR

Need to define a maintenance scope?

Send the equipment details and available documents. ASPAR will review the request and explain the next step.
