ASPAR selects lift platforms for people with disabilities and other people with reduced mobility for properties in Uzhhorod. In an existing building, the actual route must be checked: indoors or outdoors, along the stairs or on a separate vertical path. The solution is determined from measurements, landing zones, passages and installation conditions, not from the city name or a generic photo.
Indoor and outdoor locations
The installation location affects the layout, guards, user access and preparation of the work area. A facade configuration cannot automatically be transferred to an internal stairway or vice versa. The entire route should be shown first, together with the parts of the building that cannot be altered.
Avoiding an unnecessary reduction in passage width
For an inclined platform, the width of each flight, turns, intermediate landings, doors and folded position matter. For a vertical platform, the separate path, level difference, lower and upper zones and boarding direction are checked.
If a standard arrangement does not fit the geometry, ASPAR can assess the task as non-standard, but only after receiving sufficient information. Technical feasibility is not guaranteed before that review.
Photos that provide useful information
- An overall view of the entrance or stair area.
- The route from the approach to the required level.
- The lower and upper landing zones.
- Doors, turns, guards and narrow points.
- A photo that shows scale, or separately recorded accurate dimensions.
Add a plan or sketch if available. The project team can use the guide to integrating ASPAR equipment into a design.
Coordination sequence
- The customer describes the property and the route problem.
- ASPAR reviews the materials and identifies the selection direction.
- The parties clarify the configuration, installation requirements and scope of work.
- Once the site is ready, the agreed installation and commissioning are carried out.

FAQ for an existing building
What if the stairs turn?
Send photos and measurements of the entire route, including the intermediate landing. A solution based on one straight flight would be incomplete.
Can a platform be installed outdoors?
Feasibility and the specific execution are determined for the selected model, location conditions and project. A general answer without these inputs may be incorrect.
Is a site visit required immediately?
No. Photos, a video, plan and dimensions can be provided first. ASPAR will identify the appropriate next step after reviewing them.
