Vertical platform lift for a medical laboratory entrance
ASPAR manufactured and installed an electromechanical vertical platform lift at the entrance to a medical testing laboratory in Kryvyi Rih. The equipment bridges a height difference of up to 1 m and provides access for people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility.
Provide access to an elevated entrance
The laboratory entrance is above pavement level and reached by stairs. A compact vertical route was required beside the entrance without obstructing the main passage and while accommodating the existing facade geometry.
The equipment needed to support outdoor installation, reach the entrance landing and occupy little space when folded.
An electromechanical cable-driven platform
ASPAR manufactured a vertical lift with an electromechanical cable drive. The platform is made of aluminium, while the steel frame is protected with a powder-coated finish.
The platform travels vertically to the entrance level. When not in use, it folds to reduce the space occupied beside the facade.
Manufacture and installation for the existing facade
ASPAR adapted the structure to the entrance height and available space beside the stairs, manufactured the platform and frame, and installed the rails, drive, guarding and controls.
The equipment placement allows the platform to operate without changing the main stair route for other visitors.
A compact accessible entrance for the laboratory
The medical laboratory in Kryvyi Rih received a vertical lift connecting pavement level with the entrance landing. The solution is rated for up to 200 kg, uses a 220 V supply and occupies minimal space beside the facade when folded.
Vertical lifts for medical and service premises
Vertical platforms can provide access to laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, service centres and other public premises with a small change in level. The configuration is selected according to travel height, rated load, entry direction and available space.
