Inclined platform lift for an accessible shopping-centre entrance
In Kyiv, ASPAR manufactured and installed a stainless-steel inclined platform lift at the entrance to a shopping centre. The equipment is designed for a stair flight up to 2 m long and features a vandal-resistant finish, status indication and illuminated control buttons.
Provide an accessible route to the shopping-centre entrance
The entrance includes a flight of stairs. The requirement was to create a separate route for wheelchair users and other people with limited mobility without rebuilding the staircase.
A stainless-steel inclined platform on separate support posts
The lift travels along the stair flight and folds into an upright position when not in use. Its guide rails are mounted on separate support posts beside the stairs.
A vandal-resistant finish was specified for the public setting. The control buttons have illumination and status indication, while the platform includes guard rails and safety elements.
A completed accessible route to the shopping centre
The lift was manufactured and installed beside the entrance. Its folding platform keeps the stairs clear while parked and provides travel along the flight when required.
ASPAR inclined stair platforms
Each inclined lift is configured around the stair geometry, flight length, operating conditions and required finish.
