ASPAR lift to a children’s centre shelter in Peremoha
ASPAR manufactured and installed an inclined platform lift along the stairs to the shelter of a children’s development centre in Peremoha, Chernihiv Oblast. The site was inspected by First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska during a visit to restored shelters in the region.
Why accessible shelter routes matter
A safe space must be accessible to every child and adult. When the route to a shelter includes stairs, wheelchair users need dedicated equipment.
An inclined platform travels along the stair flight and can provide access without a separate vertical shaft.

For the children’s development centre in Peremoha, ASPAR manufactured and installed an inclined platform lift. Its guide system follows the existing stairs to the protective space.

The First Lady’s visit to Chernihiv Oblast
On 2 September 2025, the Olena Zelenska Foundation reported that the First Lady and the Foundation team visited four restored shelters at schools and kindergartens in Chernihiv Oblast. The Foundation specifically highlighted their barrier-free access.
During the visit, Olena Zelenska also inspected the Peremoha site where the ASPAR inclined lift is installed.
Accessibility as part of safety
A shelter lift is not a decorative feature or a box-ticking measure. It should form part of a continuous route from the site entrance to the safe space.
