How to Select a Goods Lift
To select a goods lift, define the load, its weight and dimensions, travel height, number of levels, platform size, loading directions and installation conditions. ASPAR can then identify the relevant equipment category and move to a specific model or custom solution.
Start with the load and process
Record what is being moved, its container or pallet, how it enters the platform and how it is removed at the destination level. The same rated load does not imply the same platform, doors or loading arrangement.
Selection inputs
| Parameter | Information required | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Load | Weight, dimensions and load carrier | Determines capacity and usable space |
| Route | Lift height, levels and stops | Defines the movement arrangement |
| Platform | Minimum usable dimensions | Confirms that the load can be accommodated |
| Loading | Entry and exit sides | Affects the door or guarding layout |
| Site | Indoor or outdoor location and available space | Constrains structural options |
| Power | Available voltage and connection point | Must match the selected model |
ASPAR goods-lifting categories
ASPAR's product architecture includes shaft, mast, vertical and skip-type goods lifts. These are navigation categories, not a final specification. Drive type, platform, stops, doors and other values must be checked against the documentation for the selected model.
If a standard configuration cannot solve the task, ASPAR can assess a custom engineering solution based on its own equipment. Feasibility is not promised before that assessment.
Avoid artificial universal ranges
ASPAR models have different specifications. A minimum from one model and a maximum from another must not be presented as the range for every goods lift. The commercial proposal uses the values for the agreed configuration.
Verified project examples
For a textile production facility in Kamianske, ASPAR delivered an outdoor hydraulic goods lift rated at 800 kg, with a 12 m lift height, three stops and a 1300 by 1000 mm platform. In Kyiv, ASPAR delivered a custom 500 kg lift with a 3100 mm lift height, 2000 mm platform projection, electromechanical rope drive and a special frame. These values belong only to the documented cases.
Quotation inputs
No numerical price is published without an approved base configuration. The quotation may depend on capacity, height, stops, platform, drive, doors or guarding, finish, controls, delivery and installation. Send the load description, maximum weight and dimensions, levels, loading directions, photographs, drawings and available power-supply data.
