A freight lift moves goods, materials or equipment between building levels. ASPAR selects the structure around the load, travel height, number of stops, available space and duty pattern, then manufactures, installs and services the equipment. For an initial assessment, send a plan, photographs of the installation area and the main operating requirements.
A solution built around your material flow
The right lift starts with the load route, not a model name. Pallet dimensions and cycle frequency matter in a warehouse. Compact loading is important in retail. Manufacturing also requires attention to the process, environment and interaction with personnel.
ASPAR treats the equipment as part of the site's internal logistics. The aim is to align the load, building, loading method and operation in one engineered solution.
Freight lift types to consider
| Solution type | When to consider it | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Shaft lift | The load needs enclosed movement between levels | Shaft structure, stops, doors and loading pattern |
| Mast lift | A supporting steel structure is required inside or beside the building | Mounting points, platform, guarding and load route |
| Cantilever solution | The load enters and leaves from a defined side | Outreach, loading method and protection of the working area |
| Skip lift | Bulk or unit loads move in a dedicated container | Load form, discharge method and process cycle |
The final type is selected after the input data have been checked. A category name is not a substitute for engineering selection.
Verified parameters for selected models
| Model | Load capacity | Travel height | Drive | Power supply / stops |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SH 500-M | 500 kg | up to 30 m | chain / rope | 380 V |
| MH 500 | 500 kg | up to 36 m | According to the model specification | 380 V; up to 10 stops |
| M2H 2000 | 2,000 kg | up to 36 m | According to the model specification | 380 V; up to 10 stops |
| HS 3000 | 250 / 400 / 500 kg, depending on configuration | up to 3 m | According to the model specification | 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase, depending on configuration |
| SHL 1000 | 1,000 kg | up to 20 m | hydraulic | 380 V; up to 6 stops |
| SHE 1000 | 1,000 kg | up to 20 m | electric | 380 V; up to 6 stops |
| SHE 5000 | 5,000 kg | up to 20 m | electric | 380 V; up to 6 stops |
| VH 1000 | 1,000 kg | up to 20 m, project-specific execution | According to the model specification | 380 V; 2 or more stops |
These values apply only to the named models and do not create a universal range for the entire category. SHE 3000 and SHE 5000 are different models.
How to define the configuration
The selection process needs:
- the actual mass and dimensions of the load;
- travel height and number of levels;
- required platform size;
- loading and unloading directions;
- indoor or outdoor installation location;
- available power supply;
- shaft, guarding, door and gate requirements;
- expected duty and operating frequency.
If some data are not yet known, ASPAR can prepare a measurement and site-information checklist.
What affects the price
The final price depends on load capacity, travel height, number of stops, platform dimensions, drive, shaft or supporting structure, doors, controls, material execution, delivery and installation. No numerical price or price-from figure is shown until ASPAR has an owner-approved base configuration and current price source.
How the project proceeds
- You provide input data, photographs or drawings.
- An engineer confirms the load route and site constraints.
- ASPAR prepares a configuration and commercial quotation.
- Once approved, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning are completed within the agreed scope.
- Ongoing maintenance can be agreed for the equipment.
A real ASPAR project
For a textile manufacturing facility in Kamianske, ASPAR delivered an external hydraulic freight lift rated at 800 kg, with a 12 m travel height, three stops and a 1,300 by 1,000 mm platform. View the case and verified project parameters.
Frequently asked questions
What information is required for a quotation?
Provide the load, height, number of stops, preferred platform dimensions, installation location, photographs or drawings and available power supply.
Is a shaft always required?
No. The need for a shaft depends on the solution type, building and operating conditions. It is determined during selection.
Can the equipment be installed outdoors?
Outdoor installation must be confirmed for the selected configuration and site conditions, including protection of the structure, controls and installation details.
How do I obtain an accurate price?
Send the input data. ASPAR will confirm the configuration and work scope before preparing a quotation, rather than applying an unsupported universal price.
Request a quotation
Send photographs, a plan or a short description of the task. An ASPAR engineer will help identify the equipment type and the information needed for an accurate quotation.
