ASPAR modernizes its own and third-party lifting equipment after a technical inspection and assessment of whether an upgrade is reasonable. Potential work may cover the drive, controls, automation, electrical systems, safety elements, doors, enclosures, platform and selected parts of the metal structure. When replacement is technically more appropriate, ASPAR may recommend new equipment.
A request is appropriate when existing equipment no longer meets the operating task, relies on obsolete or unavailable components, or requires a functional change. These conditions justify an assessment, but they do not guarantee that modernization will be technically reasonable.
