Description

ASPAR HM 3000 is a hydraulic vertical lift platform for barrier-free access with a lifting height of up to 3 m, a load capacity of 250-300 kg and straight-through entry. To check suitability, ASPAR needs the height difference, landing dimensions, entry direction and installation conditions.

Model specifications

Load capacity 250-300 kg
Maximum lifting height up to 3 m
Platform size from 900 × 1250 mm
Mechanism smooth start and stop
Drive type hydraulic
Power supply 220 V / 380 V
Control voltage 24 V (low-voltage)
Number of stops 2 (option - up to 3)

The listed values apply to model HM 3000. Site- or configuration-dependent parameters are selected for the specific installation.

The model has two stops; up to three stops are available as an option. The configuration is selected for the specific site.

When to consider this model

HM 3000 should be considered when the task requires vertical travel, straight-through entry and lifting height up to 3 m. The choice between cable-driven, chain-driven, hydraulic or inclined equipment depends on entrance geometry, available space, usage intensity and installation conditions.

What to provide for calculation

  • height difference and number of levels;
  • dimensions of the lower and upper landings;
  • required entry and exit direction;
  • photos, measurements or a plan of the installation area;
  • indoor or outdoor conditions and the available power supply.

What affects the calculation

The configuration and cost are determined after the input data have been checked. The calculation depends on lifting height, platform size, entry direction, installation conditions, required execution and the agreed scope of work. The price depends on the selected configuration, installation conditions and agreed scope of work.

Experience, selection and support

An implemented entrance solution shows an example of a solution for an entrance area. Selection of HM 3000 takes account of the parameters of the specific site. For selection, use the practical guide and the comparison of related solutions. If required, ASPAR can agree installation work for the specific site.

Documents for this category are collected in the certification and conformity section. Conformity of a solution for a specific site is determined with its installation conditions taken into account.

Frequently asked questions

How does straight-through entry differ from side entry?
With straight-through entry, movement onto and off the platform follows one axis. A 90° side entry is used when the landing geometry requires a change in travel direction.

Is the model name sufficient for an accurate calculation?
No. The installation-area dimensions, height difference, entry direction, operating conditions and agreed configuration are required.

Next step

Send the input data and photos of the installation area. ASPAR will check the suitability of HM 3000 and prepare a configuration for calculation.
