An ASPAR paired inclined lift system uses two platforms for people with disabilities, each serving a separate stair flight. It is used on stairs with an intermediate landing where one straight lift cannot cover the route and a curved or segmented route is not feasible. Applications can include access to a shelter.
How the route works
The two platforms serve separate flights and approach one another beside the intermediate landing. The user moves from one platform to the other and continues along the next flight. Platform positions and the transfer area are coordinated with the stair geometry and site conditions.
Materials and configurations
The standard construction uses steel and aluminium. Stainless steel construction is also available. Different drives are possible; the drive type and equipment are agreed for the order.
Project-specific specifications
Load capacity, platform dimensions, travel length, drive, power supply, controls and installation conditions are agreed for the specific site.
Information for a quotation
Send plans and photos, measurements of each flight and intermediate landing, level differences, the required load capacity, operating conditions and power-supply information. Explore the completed paired lifts in Lutsk and at the BMW centre in Kyiv as examples of applications.
