ASPAR designs and manufactures scissor lift tables with roller conveyors for transferring loads between workstations and conveyors. The platform adjusts the load height, while the roller surface allows movement in the required direction. We offer powered and unpowered roller conveyors and integration into automated lines.

What the roller lift table does
The equipment connects process stages with different load transfer heights. Applications can include moving workpieces, containers or packaged goods between a workstation, a conveyor and a receiving area. Compatibility with a particular load depends on its supporting surface, weight, dimensions and transfer method.
Powered and unpowered rollers
In a powered configuration, a drive turns the rollers to move the load. In an unpowered configuration, the rollers turn freely, and the process determines how the load is moved onto and off the table. We agree the configuration, travel direction and roller surface parameters in the technical brief.
Integration into automated lines
The table can operate as part of an automated line. During development, we agree interface heights, the load transfer sequence, the operating cycle and coordination with adjacent equipment controls. Automation functions are defined for the individual project.
Information needed to develop your solution
Send the maximum load weight including its container, load dimensions, a photo of the supporting surface, required working heights and travel direction. Include a layout of the work area, adjacent equipment specifications, cycle frequency and operating conditions. We use this information to develop the design and agree the equipment configuration.
