ASPAR UWS-H Underground Waste System for a Residential Complex in Lviv

ASPAR UWS-H is an underground system for four containers, implemented for a residential complex in Lviv. In this project, ASPAR used a hydraulic lifting principle, stainless and galvanized steel construction, a service hatch, and container fill-level control logic.

Project task

The residential-complex site required an area for four containers with underground placement while retaining access to the equipment for routine operation and service. The solution had to combine underground container placement, operator access and monitoring for each position.

This was not a selection of a named off-the-shelf model: the installed configuration has not been identified as UWS-H 3.0 or UWS-H 5.0. The case therefore describes an implemented UWS-H-series system without assigning an unverified variant.

ASPAR engineering solution

ASPAR implemented an underground UWS-H waste system for four containers. The working part of the system uses stainless and galvanized steel. Its lifting mechanism has a hydraulic drive that moves the platform during container operations.

The design includes a service hatch for access to components requiring inspection and maintenance. Its fill-level logic is also important in daily use: the operator receives fill information and pedals lock after the relevant container is full. This separates the work of the four positions and helps avoid directing waste to a full container.

Manufacturing and site implementation

ASPAR implemented the system for a residential complex in Lviv. A key part of the work was integrating the equipment into the site as an underground system rather than as individual containers placed on the surface. Once installed, the structure forms one working unit for four containers, with service access incorporated into the system itself.

Technical data

Equipment type ASPAR UWS-H underground waste system
Application Container placement for a residential complex
Number of containers 4
Lifting-mechanism drive Hydraulic
Materials Stainless and galvanized steel
Service access Service hatch
Fill-level monitoring Provided for the operator
Pedal logic Locks after the relevant container is full
ASPAR UWS-H underground container-system platform at the site
ASPAR UWS-H lifting platform at the project site.

How the system works

The containers are placed below ground level. During use, the operator monitors the fill state of each container position. When the relevant container is full, its pedal locks. The hydraulic system performs lifting operations, while the service hatch provides access to components for maintenance.

Result

The residential complex now has a system for four containers with underground placement, service access and fill-level control logic. The solution organizes the container area as a managed technical unit rather than an open area with individual containers.

Questions about underground waste systems

Does this case mean that UWS-H 3.0 or UWS-H 5.0 was installed?

No. The Lviv site is confirmed as a UWS-H-series system, but the exact variant is not confirmed. The model links are navigation within the series only.

How many containers does the completed system serve?

This project was completed for four containers.

How is service access provided?

The system includes a service hatch that gives access to the relevant components.

What happens when a container is full?

The operator monitors the fill level; after the relevant container is full, its pedal locks.

What information is needed for an initial estimate?

An estimate requires the number of containers, site conditions, the desired configuration and project materials if available.
