2.5 t hydraulic scissor lift table
ASPAR designed, manufactured and installed a 2.5 t hydraulic scissor lift table: 2,000 × 2,000 mm platform, 1,600 mm lift and structural-steel construction.
Project task
The site required a dedicated point for lifting heavy goods without manual handling or temporary mechanisms. The confirmed inputs were a 2,500 kg rated load, a 2,000 × 2,000 mm square platform and a 1,600 mm level difference. The solution had to support a repeatable lifting operation in a defined area with adequate support space for the load format.
This is a completed-project case, not a generic product card. It records the actual configuration and integration of the table. The case does not invent a product SKU, hydraulic-power-unit data, speed, collapsed height, pit dimensions or electrical specification.
ASPAR engineering solution
ASPAR delivered a hydraulic scissor lift table in structural steel. The scissor mechanism forms the load-bearing vertical-motion arrangement, while the hydraulic drive is a confirmed part of this completed unit. The 2,000 × 2,000 mm platform provides the working area, the 2.5 t rating defines the handling task, and the 1,600 mm lift defines the required vertical range.
For comparable projects, the load mass and dimensions, load distribution, upper and lower levels, loading method, free space around the table and work intensity are evaluated individually.
Manufacture and installation
ASPAR designed, manufactured and installed the equipment in Borshchiv. The structural-steel supporting construction and scissor arrangement were produced for the confirmed project parameters. During installation, the platform position was aligned with the work area, load route and required elevation, then prepared for normal operation.
The case does not claim an unverified foundation method, pit dimension or loading approach. What is confirmed is ASPAR’s manufacture and installation, the hydraulic drive, 2.5 t rated load, platform size, lift height and structural-steel execution.

How it works
The load is placed within the platform area. The hydraulic drive actuates the scissor mechanism, moving the platform vertically to the needed working level. The platform is then returned to its lower position for the next cycle. This practical arrangement is used where a load needs to change level within one work zone.
Selecting a comparable solution
The parameters of this table are not transferred mechanically to another site. To calculate a comparable solution, ASPAR establishes the load mass and dimensions, required platform area, lift height and loading method. Access from different sides, the way the load enters the platform, the upper-level operation and actual work intensity are also considered.
This approach does not reduce an engineering task to rated load alone. The platform must match the real load, while the table must form part of an organised handling route. A new project can begin with core parameters and photos of the work area.
Construction, operation and result
The completed project combines scissor kinematics, hydraulic drive, a large platform area and structural steel. The 2,000 × 2,000 mm platform matches the confirmed load format, while the 1,600 mm lift provides the required working range. The Borshchiv site now has a fixed ASPAR vertical-handling point for goods up to 2.5 t.
